3 years agoLos Angeles Kings defenseman Drew Doughty (knee) was placed on Injured Reserve on Wednesday, and he won't be available for the team for about eight weeks. The former Norris Trophy winner got injured last Friday in a 3-2 overtime loss to Dallas and has been diagnosed with hypertension and tibial plateau contusion. It's a bitter blow for the Kings and for fantasy managers, as Doughty was killing it early in the year with seven points in three games ahead of Friday's matchup.
