Drew Lock Throws For 245 Yards, One Touchdown
3 years agoDenver Broncos quarterback Drew Lock was much better in the Week 17 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday, going 18-for-25 for 245 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions. The 25-year-old missed some time in the first half when he went to the locker room to have his shoulder examined, but he returned and finished out the 34-13 loss to the division rivals. Lock was pretty efficient in this game and didn't turn the ball over for the second straight week, but it wasn't nearly enough, and his lone touchdown pass came late in the game in garbage time. He could make a third straight start in the Week 18 regular season finale against the Kansas City Chiefs if Teddy Bridgewater (concussion) can't clear the league's protocol for head injuries. Lock would remain a low-end QB2 in fantasy if he closes out the year as the Broncos starting QB.
