4 years agoSan Diego Padres pitcher Drew Pomeranz (shoulder) was able to throw the ball around and play catch on Monday. He landed on the 10-day injured list last Friday due to a minor shoulder issue. The team is hopeful that Pomeranz will only be forced to miss the minimum 10 days. The fact he was able to throw on Monday is a good sign that his shoulder is feeling better. Emilio Pagan will lose fantasy value once Pomeranz is able to return to the bullpen.
