6 years agoBoston Red Sox starter Drew Pomeranz threw a simulated game on Wednesday and is expected to go to Triple-A Pawtucket to start a rehab assignment on Monday. This suggests that Pomeranz should be returning in the near future. Regardless, he has been a volatile fantasy asset this season as the lefty has a 1-3 record with a 6.81 ERA through eight starts.
