3 years agoThe San Francisco 49ers are bringing running backs Duke Johnson and Lamar Miller in for visits after being hit with the injury bug just two weeks into the season. Trey Sermon (concussion) and JaMycal Hasty (ankle) left Sunday's game and did not return, while Elijah Mitchell (shoulder) briefly exited and then later returned. Raheem Mostert (knee) was lost for the season, so it is no surprise that the 49ers will bring in some reinforcements. If either of the two sign a deal, it would make for a messy situation in the backfield. Neither will have any fantasy value once Sermon and Hasty are cleared to come back, so before adding either to your fantasy roster it might be best to figure out the timeline for their return to the lineup. Still, the 49ers are notorious for deploying a committee approach, so you likely won't be getting much production from Johnson or Miller, regardless of Sermon and Hasty being active.--Tommy Adamopoulos - RotoBaller
