7 years agoBoston Red Sox second baseman Dustin Pedroia (knee) will play seven innings in Wednesday's game at Triple-A Pawtucket. Pedroia will have an opportunity to play Thursday if his knee is feeling up to it. The Red Sox want to see Pedroia play in back-to-back contests before letting him return to the big league club. Pedroia is expected to return to the Red Sox this weekend if he's able to play in back-to-back contests without any issues.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
