4 years agoWashington Football Team quarterback Dwayne Haskins completed 17 of 31 passes for 178 yards and a touchdown in a win over the Eagles in Week 1. Haskins did exactly what Washington needed from him as he didn't turn the ball over as their defense and running game took over. The lack of weapons in the Washington offense was evident as star-receiver Terry McLaurin was shadowed by shutdown corner Darius Slay and no one else could consistently make plays for Haskins. Washington should be pleased with Haskins' performance in a win today and he showed enough to be a low-end QB2 in fantasy.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
