7 years agoBaltimore Orioles starting pitcher Dylan Bundy turned in an excellent start on Monday against the Red Sox. Bundy allowed no runs on three hits and two walks with seven strikeouts in eight innings. Unfortunately, the Orioles could not get anything going offensively, so Bundy took a no-decision. The 25-year-old now owns a 4-7 record with a 3.66 ERA, 95 strikeouts and 25 walks in 83 2/3 innings. His biggest issue has been allowing home runs; Bundy's 16 HRs allowed are currently third most in baseball. However, his outing illustrates how good he can be when limiting long balls. Bundy is slated to face a favorable matchup against the Marlins on Sunday.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
