4 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals outfielder Dylan Carlson (back) remains out of the lineup on Sunday, one day after he was scratched from the lineup due to back tightness. Lane Thomas will get the start in right for the second day in a row, and is batting eighth against the Cubs. Carlson has gotten off to a good start this season, slashing .291/.382/.424 with three home runs, 19 RBI and 26 runs scored over 44 games. Managers should continue to consider him day-to-day for now, and hope that he can avoid a stint on the IL.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
