4 years agoMiami Marlins relief pitcher Dylan Floro took the loss in Tuesday's game against the Philadelphia Phillies. Brought on for the eighth inning of a 3-1 game, Floro got just one out but allowed five runs on four hits and a walk. He's been outstanding all season and had worked his way into the eighth inning role in Miami, but he's also thrown a ton (he's on pace for over 80 appearances) and clearly didn't "have it" in this game. The loss evens his record at 2-2 and ballooned his ERA to 3.32. This may end up being the worst outing of the season for Floro, who should still be a valuable contributor in mixed leagues that count holds.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
