3 years agoMiami Marlins relief pitcher Dylan Floro (arm) will begin the season on the injured list, but manager Don Mattingly said he's "in a good spot." Floro has been behind in camp because of right arm soreness, but he threw a light bullpen this week and was scheduled to throw another on Friday. It sounds as though he won't have to miss too much time to begin the season, as long as he doesn't suffer a setback. However, the Marlins will have to shake up their bullpen right out of the gates, as Floro was projected to open the year as the closer. Instead, Anthony Bender and Anthony Bass could split ninth-inning duties to kick off the 2022 season.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
