4 years agoSeattle Mariners second baseman Dylan Moore is once again out of the lineup on Wednesday. The Mariners will be taking on the Houston Astros and right-handed starter Zack Greinke, so Moore will be replaced at second base by utility man Sam Haggerty. Moore was also held out on Tuesday night against righty Cristian Javier, and was pinch-hit for on Monday when he was set to face right-handed closer Ryan Pressly. Moore has struggled mightily to start the year, and it appears he could now be in a platoon situation. This would not be an ideal outcome for fantasy managers who drafted Moore expecting him to build on a breakout 2020. He's a hold for now, but if he only plays against lefties, it could be time for Moore to hit the waiver wire.--Doug Goldring - RotoBaller
