4 years agoSeattle Mariners utilityman Dylan Moore has been placed on the 10-day injured list due to a sprained right wrist prior to Saturday’s contest. Moore is in the midst of a breakout year, having entered play Saturday tied for the Major League lead with six stolen bases and having compiled a .902 OPS through his first 21 games. His absence coincides with Evan White returning to the lineup against Texas, as he will man first base. Moore was on the precipice of seeing considerable season-long ownership, although that will have to wait until he returns from the IL and proves that the wrist ailment is no longer hampering him.--Jesse Borek
