Dylan Moore Placed On Injured List Tuesday

2 years agoThe Seattle Mariners placed infielder/outfielder Dylan Moore (oblique) on the 10-day injured list with a right oblique strain on Tuesday and recalled infielder Abraham Toro from Triple-A Tacoma in a corresponding move. Moore's injured list stint is retroactive to Aug. 29. The 30-year-old will be eligible to return from the IL on Sept. 9. In just 165 at-bats this year as a super-utility man for the M's, Moore has hit .206/.353/.388 with six home runs, 19 RBI, 31 runs scored and 15 stolen bases. He's been useful for his speed in deeper formats, but he may not see much more playing time down the stretch. Toro, who has hit .180 with eight home runs and 26 RBI in 84 games for Seattle, will serve as additional infield depth.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
