Eagles Excited About Jalen Hurts
3 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles general manager Howie Roseman said the team is excited about quarterback Jalen Hurts heading into the 2022 season. Roseman also said the team will support him and hope he has a great career in Philadelphia. The Eagles acquired an extra first-round pick from the New Orleans Saints this offseason, leading many to speculate that they may try to select a signal-caller in the first round in next week's draft. But Philly appears to be committed to Hurts as their starter moving into the future after he led them to a playoff appearance in his first full year as the starter in 2021. The 23-year-old must improve as a passer, but his rushing prowess -- 139 carries for 784 yards and 10 touchdowns -- makes him at least a low-end QB1 target in fantasy.
