Eagles Sign Howie Roseman To Three-Year Extension
3 years agoThe Philadelphia Eagles signed general manager Howie Roseman to a three-year contract extension on Thursday, according to a source. Roseman has been the team's primary decision-maker since 2010. The Eagles won their first Super Bowl title in 2017 under Roseman after he fired former head coach Chip Kelly following the 2016 season. Philadelphia made the playoffs in 2018 and 2019, but Roseman has had more misses than hits in the draft and free agency in recent seasons. The Eagles returned to the playoffs last season after trading quarterback Carson Wentz to the Colts and gaining valuable draft picks. With three picks in the first round in next month's draft, the Eagles have an extremely important 2022 draft ahead of them.
