6 years agoChicago Bears kicker Eddy Pineiro crushed a 63-yard field goal in practice as he competes with Elliott Fry to earn the starting kicking job. Pineiro was acquired from the Raiders in the offseason after last season was lost to injuries. Pineiro possesses a huge leg but health and consistency are major question marks for the young kicker. The Bears are holding an open competition after cutting ties with embattled kicker Cody Parkey in the offseason.
