5 years agoChicago Bears kicker Eddy Pineiro went 1-for-2 on field goals and hit all four of his extra-point attempts in the Bears 31-15 win over the Redskins. Pineiro surprisingly showed up on the injury report over the weekend with a knee injury and it showed. Reports indicate he tweaked the knee during a workout session and the rookie displayed a noticeable limp throughout the game. Pineiro refused to land on his right leg after his kicks, one of them resulting in his first missed field goal of the season in the third quarter. He managed to make a 38-yard attempt but do not be surprised if the Bears work out kickers this week as Pineiro deals with the injury.--Joey C - RotoBaller
