5 years agoChicago Bears kicker Eddy Pineiro made 3 of 5 field goal attempts in the Bears 17-16 loss to the Chargers in Week 8. Pineiro hit the uprights on a 33-yard attempt in the first half and then was called upon to win the game with :04 left. But Pineiro missed again from 41 yards as time expired and now the Bears season is quickly slipping away. The rookie kicker has done a solid job this season and now has made 12 of 15 field goal attempts. But his failure to win this one will stick with Bears fans for awhile, sending flashbacks to the team's kicking woes with Cody Parkey last season.--Joey C - RotoBaller
