Eduardo Escobar Goes Yard Twice In Win Over Cleveland
3 years agoMilwaukee Brewers third baseman Eduardo Escobar went 2-for-5 with two solo home runs in Friday's 10-3 win over Cleveland. The infielder went yard off Cleveland starter Eli Morgan in the fifth inning and reliever Sam Hentges in the sixth. Escobar has homered three times in his last two games after failing to go yard for 22 games between August 2nd and September 7th. He's batting .259/.315/.492 with 27 homers, 79 RBI, 69 runs scored, and a stolen base through 518 plate appearances between Milwaukee and Arizona this year. He seems to have found his power stroke with his new team.
