5 years agoArizona Diamondbacks third baseman Eduardo Escobar went 2-for-5 with a solo home run in the third inning of Tuesday's 6-2 road loss against the Colorado Rockies and he added an RBI single to account for the team's only offensive production. Escobar has not only hit safely in each of his past seven games, he has driven in at least one run during the span. The third baseman is 12-for-32 (.375) with three doubles, three homers and 11 RBI during the impressive seven-game run. He'll try to extend the streaks in Wednesday's battle against Rockies RHP Jeff Hoffman.--Daniel Dobish
