6 years agoArizona Diamondbacks third baseman Eduardo Escobar went 2-for-6 with a pair of home runs and three RBI with a walk in Sunday's 6-5 home loss against the Chicago Cubs in 15 innings. Escobar is starting to heat up, going 14-for-33 (.424) with three doubles, a triple, four home runs and nine RBI across the past eight outings to raise his average from .222 to .286 just since April 19. His power potential and multiple positional eligibility makes him an attractive fantasy option. He'll look to keep it cooking on Tuesday when the Snakes begin an interleague set against the visiting New York Yankees.--Daniel Dobish
