6 years agoBoston Red Sox infielder Eduardo Nunez (knee) left the game early on Thursday with right knee soreness, but he's being listed as day-to-day. Nunez had a double in two plate appearances before departing this contest. He's hitting .262/.287/.387 with 10 home runs, 55 runs scored, 44 RBI and seven steals on the season and should be able to return to the lineup soon. Nunez is still likely the favorite for more playing time at the hot corner over Rafael Devers to close out the year.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
