6 years agoBoston Red Sox starter Eduardo Rodriguez (ankle) was activated from Triple-A Pawtucket on Saturday morning. The team is getting Rodriguez right back into action as he will be taking on the Chicago White Sox on Saturday night. Prior to his injury, the 25-year-old was having a fantastic season on the mound. He has posted an 11-3 record through 19 starts along with a 3.44 ERA, 1.22 WHIP, and 9.46 K/9. Rodriguez also tossed eight scoreless innings in his two minor league rehab appearances, so the rust appears to be off. He is a definite start tonight against a mediocre White Sox team.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
