6 years agoRed Sox pitcher Eduardo Rodriguez (ankle) was forced out of Saturday's game after a colliding with Lourdes Gurriel of the Blue Jays at first base. Rodriguez had been cruising through the game but unfortunately ended up spraining his ankle. He was stretched out by the trainer before having to exit, so at least there was some hope that he could have kept pitching. The All-Star break is right around the corner which should give E-Rod plenty of time to heal up and potentially avoid another DL stint. Gurriel is fine and stayed in the game if any of his three fantasy owners were wondering.--Kev Mahserejian - RotoBaller
