7 years agoBoston Red Sox starting pitcher Eduardo Rodriguez (knee) threw a bullpen session at Tropicana Field today, according to Christopher Smith of MassLive.com. The next step is for him to pitch in a minor league game on Tuesday. "It should be six innings," manager Alex Cora said. After this start, the Red Sox will make a determination whether Rodriguez needs an additional start before returning to the major league rotation. Cora stated a recommendation of making a rehab start in the minors before returning. We can only wait until Tuesday but E-Rod continues to progress with no issues.--Ellis Canady - RotoBaller
