5 years agoBoston Red Sox starting pitcher Eduardo Rodriguez went 5 1/3 innings Sunday, while allowing two runs on four hits, striking out five and walking four in a 12-8 loss to the Yankees in London. While he never suffered a blow up, Rodriguez needed 115 pitches to get through his short outing. However, Sunday marked the least amount of runs he's allowed in his previous three starts. On the year, he's 8-4 with a 4.79 ERA and a 102/31 K/BB over 97 2/3 innings. Rodriguez will get the ball again over the weekend when the Sox travel to take on the Tigers. The southpaw should be a solid option against a weak Detroit lineup.--Steve Janik - RotoBaller
