6 years agoBoston Red Sox starting pitcher Eduardo Rodriguez allowed five runs over 6 1/3 innings, while surrendering six hits, striking out four, and walking two in Monday's walk off 6-5 win over the Chicago White Sox. The southpaw served up two home runs, which marks the fifth straight game that he has allowed at least one homer. In June, Rodriguez is 3-1 with a 4.55 ERA, 1.26 WHIP, and a 31/7 K/BB. He's also surrendered eight of his 15 home runs allowed this season in June. The 26-year-old is about as boom or bust as it gets for Boston, which sets him up for a rough next outing on Sunday when the Red Sox host the New York Yankees. Rodriguez should be out of your lineups and garner no DFS consideration against that Yankees lineup.--Steve Janik - RotoBaller
