3 years agoNew York Mets closer Edwin Diaz was placed on the bereavement list on Saturday by the Mets following the passing of his grandfather on Friday. Diaz will likely miss the next few games as he will be traveling to Puerto Rico to be with his family. Look for Trevor May, Seth Lugo, and Adam Ottavino to share closing duties in Diaz's absence should a save situation arise for the Mets over the next two-to-three games.--Nick Ritrivi - RotoBaller
