Edwin Encarnacion Makes Appearance At Keystone
6 years agoSeattle Mariners first baseman/designated hitter Edwin Encarnacion (wrist) shifted from first base to second base in the eighth inning of Tuesday's game against the New York Yankees. It was the first time playing second in his career, and he injured his left wrist diving for a grounder. After being checked out, he remained in the game. Fantasy owners in leagues with lax eligibility requirements might now be able to use Encarnacion at second base/middle infield.
