5 years agoEdwin Encarnacion returns to the clean-up spot as the designated hitter against Andrew Heaney and the Angels. He struggled during May with a .240 AVG and only five home runs. It will only be a one-game absence for Encarnacion after being scratched on Friday night after undergoing a dental procedure. The Mariners will be happy to get him back in the lineup, as the next couple of weeks should serve as an audition with Encarnacion's name swirling in trade rumors.--Nate Duffett
