4 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers corner infielder Edwin Rios left Tuesday’s game early after taking a pitch off his foot in the fifth inning. Rios was 0-for-1 in the contest before the departure and has already received negative x-ray results back from the doctor. Rios is 3-for-12 on the season with two homers and four RBI as he continues to receive the odd start versus right-handers. His inconsistent playing time doesn’t make him fantasy relevant in mixed leagues, but if an injury struck in the Dodgers infield, he might receive enough playing time to become a viable option.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
