4 years agoNashville Predators winger Eeli Tolvanen had a goal and an assist for his second career multi-point game on Sunday, helping the team defeat Dallas 4-3 in a shootout. The Predators blew a 3-0 lead after Mikael Granlund and Calle Jarnkrok had also scored. Tolvanen sat only on one point through his first eight outings of the season, but he has now notched six points across eight appearances. He is skating on the top power-play unit and has also seen some time on the first line. Six of his seven points have come with the man advantage, so Tolvanen has to improve his play in even-strength situations, although the team as a whole has been struggling offensively all year.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
