The 23-year-old has been having an impressive season for Triple-A El Paso with a .293 batting average to go along with 21 homers, 78 RBI and 20 stolen bases. It's unclear at the moment how much playing time Rosario will be getting, but managers should monitor his status in deeper leagues as a late season waiver wire find that could make a difference with his ability to both hit for power and run on the bases.
