6 years agoNew York Giants quarterback Eli Manning completed 14 of 22 passes for 197 yards and three touchdowns in the Giants 40-16 win over the Redskins. The Giants offense exploded in the second quarter with 27 points and some of Manning's best plays of the day involved simply handing the ball off to rookie star Saquon Barkley. The Giants offense is enjoying a second-half resurgence but that hasn't led to huge numbers from Manning. His three-touchdown performance is only the fifth time this season he has finished a game with multiple touchdowns. The Giants are trending upwards but Manning should remain on the fantasy bench the rest of the season.--Joey C - RotoBaller
