2 years agoColorado Rockies catcher Elias Diaz (hand) exited early during Wednesday's matchup against the St. Louis Cardinals. The 31-year-old aggravated his right hand, while swinging during the contest. The organization did further testing and it revealed damage in his right hand. That being said, the Rockies are almost certainly going to place Diaz on the injured list. Dom Nunez should take his place on the roster, but he doesn't offer much upside with the bat. Brian Serven will likely get a majority of the starts behind home plate. He's a little better with the bat, but shouldn't be considered a reliable fantasy option.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
