3 years agoChicago White Sox outfielder Eloy Jimenez (pectoral) has been cleared to resume baseball activities. Jimenez will return to the White Sox complex in Arizona with an estimated timetable of four weeks before being assigned to a White Sox minor league affiliate for his rehabilitation. It's encouraging news for one of the games youngest stars. Jimenez injured his pectoral on defense late in Spring Training and has missed the entire season. There is still no guarantee that Jimenez will suit up this season for the Pale Hose, but this is a step forward and managers with an open IL spot will want to consider stashing Jimenez.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
