4 years agoChicago White Sox outfielder Eloy Jimenez left Wednesday's contest versus the Oakland Athletics due to left shoulder discomfort. Jimenez hurt his shoulder attempting to rob a home run. Jimenez will be reevaluated on Thursday and the club should have a better idea on the severity of the injury after that. The White Sox would likely turn to Adam Engel and Billy Hamilton may earn a roster spot if the injury is serious. Engel is the better option of the two, but can be avoided in all formats for now. Jimenez will be entering his third season and has the ability to make a big impact for managers if he can stay healthy due to his impressive power and being in the middle of a stacked White Sox lineup.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
