3 years agoChicago White Sox outfielder Eloy Jimenez went 0-for-4 in his first game of the season in Monday's loss versus the Kansas City Royals. Jimenez returned from a torn pectoral muscle and was slotted into the cleanup spot as the designated hitter. Jimenez has always struggled defensively and it would be wise of the White Sox to keep him as the designated hitter to avoid any potential re-injury to their star slugger. Jimenez is one of the best young power hitters in the league and managers should expect plenty of power from him down the stretch. Jimenez will look to pick up his first hit of the season on Tuesday versus Brad Keller and should be rostered in all formats moving forward.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
