Eloy Jimenez Not In The Starting Lineup
2 years agoChicago White Sox outfielder Eloy Jimenez (leg) is not in the starting lineup on Friday against the Minnesota Twins. Jimenez was forced to exit the game early against the Kansas City Royals on Thursday with right leg soreness. Although he's likely just day-to-day, fantasy managers will need to remove him from their lineups for the series opener against the Twins. The 25-year-old continues to be injury-prone, but he's a must-start for fantasy managers when he's on the field. First baseman Jose Abreu is serving as the designated hitter and will bat third, while Andrew Vaughn slots in at the cold corner and is hitting second against Twins right-hander Sonny Gray on Friday.
