Eloy Jimenez Resting In First Game Of Doubleheader
2 years agoChicago White Sox outfielder Eloy Jimenez is not in the starting lineup on Saturday for the first game of a doubleheader against the Cleveland Guardians. Jimenez returned from a leg injury in the first game of the second half of the season on Friday and went 1-for-3. Fantasy managers will probably see him back in the lineup for the second game of Saturday's double dip. The 25-year-old Dominican only has 69 at-bats this year due to injuries, and he's hitting a disappointing .203 with two home runs and 13 RBI, but he's still a must-roster fantasy player. Andrew Vaughn is starting in left field in Game 1 and is hitting third against Guardians right-hander Triston McKenzie. Vaughn, who is hitting .300 on the year with 10 home runs, will be a fine DFS target.
