5 years agoChicago White Sox outfielder Eloy Jimenez (elbow) played catch Wednesday and took swings off a tee. This is the first baseball activity for the rookie since going on the injured list July 17. Jimenez reportedly feels no pain and should continue to recover from a bruised ulnar nerve. Jimenez was one of the top prospects in all of baseball coming into the season and has been generally good for fantasy owners. His .244 average was a little low but was making good contact when he did hit the ball with a .240 ISO.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
