3 years agoColumbus Blue Jackets goaltender Elvis Merzlikins will roll out for Thursday's home match against Nashville. The Latvian has thoroughly enjoyed playing in front of the Blue Jackets faithful this season, going 9-1-1 on home ice. His overall record for the season stands at 11-7-1 with a 3.06 goals-against average, a .911 save percentage and one shutout. Merzlikins will have some demons to battle here after he gave up three goals on nine shots in just 13 minutes of action in a 6-0 loss to Nashville on Nov. 30.
