5 years agoColumbus Blue Jackets goaltender Elvis Merzlikins posted his fourth shutout of the season in Tuesday's 1-0 overtime victory against the Panthers. The 25-year-old stopped all 32 shots on goal that he faced, while defenseman Zach Werenski gave the Blue Jackets the OT victory with his 16th goal of the season. Merzlikins improves to a record of 11-6-4, along with a 2.30 goals against average and .929 save percentage through 23 appearances. Merzlikins should be owned across all fantasy formats as the rookie has stepped up in an extremely productive way and kept the Blue Jackets rolling since starting goaltender Joonas Korpisalo was sidelined in late December.--Denis Vondrus - RotoBaller
