5 years agoDenver Broncos wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders returned to action on Monday night against the San Francisco 49ers, coming off an Achilles injury over the offseason. Sanders showed no signs of losing steps from his injury, as he hauled in one target for eight yards, as well as tallied 19 rushing yards on an end-around run that silenced any doubters of his week one outlook. The veteran wide receiver looks to solidify his spot as the Broncos WR1, as the two young bucks behind him on the roster are vying for his job.--Matthew.McGough
