2 years agoBoston Red Sox infielder/outfielder Enrique Hernandez (hip) will begin his minor league rehab assignment on Friday for Triple-A Worcester. If everything goes well on his rehab assignment this weekend, Hernandez could rejoin the Red Sox's roster early next week. The 30-year-old hasn't done much for fantasy managers this year with a slash line of .209/.273/.340 while adding four home runs, 24 RBI and 27 runs scored in 215 at-bats, but he's extremely versatile and should return to the starting center field role once he's activated from the injured list. Once he's back, Jarren Duran and Jackie Bradley Jr. could be competing for playing time in Boston's outfield.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
