2 years agoChicago Bears wide receiver Equanimeous St. Brown is in line to serve as the No. 2 pass-catcher behind Darnell Mooney to open the 2022 regular season. However, that could change once Byron Pringle (quadriceps) returns from his injury. St. Brown caught just one pass in preseason action, but he's been given positive reports during training camp over the summer. Still, the 25-year-old should be avoided in most single-year fantasy formats, at least to begin the season, in a Bears offense that doesn't have many fantasy relevant players beyond Mooney and running back David Montgomery. In three seasons with the Green Bay Packers, St. Brown failed to make much of an impact with only 37 receptions (66 targets) for 543 yards and one touchdown in 37 games (10 starts).--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
