Eric Hosmer Goes Yard In Wednesday's Loss
3 years agoSan Diego Padres' first baseman Eric Hosmer went 3-for-5 with a solo home run and two RBI in the loss to the Cubs on Wednesday. He crushed a solo homer off Mychal Givens in the seventh inning for his fourth long ball of the season. The 32-year-old has now collected a hit in 10 of his last 11 games. He is off to a hot start in 2022, slashing .367/.434/.550 with four home runs, 21 RBI, and 13 runs scored across 30 games. Fantasy managers should continue to roll with Hosmer in all league formats while he's wielding a hot bat.
