4 years agoSan Diego Padres first baseman Eric Hosmer reached base three times on Sunday against the Arizona Diamondbacks, launching a home run and walking twice. After driving in six on Opening Night, Hosmer stayed hot, smacking a solo job to left center in the third inning. With a knack for hot starts, the 30-year-old is 4-for-6 to begin the season with three extra-base hits and a 2.250 OPS. Making a strong claim for some fantasy buzz, Hosmer will be back in the heart of San Diego’s lineup on Monday for the series finale against the D-Backs.--Andrew Le - RotoBaller
