4 years agoMilwaukee Brewers left-handed pitcher Eric Lauer has been removed both from the club’s starting rotation and it’s 28-man roster as of Thursday, when he was optioned to the team’s alternate training site. Righty Drew Rasmussen and lefty Angel Perdomo were brought up to Milwaukee with Justin Grimm hitting the IL. How the Brewers fill Lauer’s spot with the starting staff going remains to be seen, but he can safely be dropped to the waiver wire in all formats for the time being after his struggles to begin 2020.--Jesse Borek
